The decanter holds one liter of liquid.
Hearty, humble, and unmistakably alive—this is a whiskey set that wears its making on its surface. Thrown in stoneware and sent through a wood firing, the decanter and cups bear the rich reds, warm browns, and soft ash‑kissed highlights that only flame, ash, and intense heat can create. The result is rustic and earthy, but with a quiet craft that feels right at home on a shelf, at a home bar, or passed around on a special night.
The set: one stout, tapered decanter with a cork stopper, plus four small cups to hold a solid 3-finger pour.
Look and feel: horizontal wheel marks and natural ash deposits give each piece a unique texture and color shift; no two cups are exactly the same.
Use: sip, share, and savor—built for both gifting and the ritual of a good pour after a long day.
Story in glaze: the surfaces echo centuries‑old traditions of using wood ash in ceramics, where ash minerals melt during high‑temperature firings to create natural, variable glazes.
You get a set that’s more than tableware—it’s an honest, artisan object, ready for real use and real conversation.
